Emory is the 2024-2025 Junior League of Shreveport-Bossier Fund Development Assistant Vice President. Her goals for the 2024-2025 League year are to help our fund development committees reach beyond their goals for this league year while researching other fun fund development activities for future years.

This is Emory’s fifth year in the League, and she has previously served as Pumpkin Patch Chair, Pumpkin Patch Assistant Chair, Pumpkin Patch Committee, and Safe Sitter Volunteer.

Emory got involved in the League because she was new to the area and looking for a place to connect while also serving my community. The Junior League turned out to be what she was looking for and so much more!

Emory teaches 8th-grade Social Studies at EGMS and coaches the wrestling team. When I’m not wrangling middle schoolers or going to League events, I love to work out and/or bake. She and her husband have one son, Kingsley, and another baby due in June 2025.
